Hi friends and welcome to Life as I Make It. This is my personal blog where I would like to share with you anything that is currently going on in my life and might include even those which are in the past...significant events that is.
I simply describe my personality as a friendly (picky friendly ^_^), happy, crazy, generous person. I am usually patient, just don't push my button too much because I might blow and you may not like it....specially when I know I am right. As a mother, I would do everything for my kids because they are the world to me, more important than my own life. As a child, I have always loved dancing and it wasn’t until I got to college when I discovered that I could actually sing. Boy, was my family shocked when I unexpectedly performed in one of the town events, I surprised myself even. :D Since then, I exerted effort in developing my skill and joined one of Davao’s pride, the Himig Singers...a choral group who helped big time in moulding me as a singer. I was able to travel to other countries, European countries to be exact, when I joined the group as Soprano 1. I am also a proud member of another singing group, the Alla Breve. Experiences with this group were also unforgettable and will always be kept in my heart.
So much for my singing career...let me tell you about how I got here in New York.
After falling in and out of love several times (they broke my heart, by the way), and in trying to expose myself to the internet, I came to know Gaetan, who eventually asked my hand in marriage and we did get marry, thus my last name Rochefort. Unfortunate though, we didn’t last long. We had too many irreconcilable differences and maybe we were just not meant for each other, let’s leave it at that. In life, I have always been strong in facing it. I have been through so much, yet I stand tall. I never give up. That’s the best thing about me. Life is too short so a waste of time in regretting and circulating on negativity are not in my list of “to do’s”. Of course, I would have not survived everything if I didn’t have God as my ally.
I am now contentedly living with my two kids in a cozy place in New York. I got a job that I love, got family and friends who love me and has God for constant guidance. Who needs more, right?

Awwwwww, you're so sweet Noe, teary eyed ako. You have always been such a true friend and very supportive and I thank you for that. Yahhhh, I've been through a lot, and yet I am still standing imagine that he he he.It's because during those rough times, there were people praying for me...and you were one of them.I love you friend. Who said I'm not lucky???
Ever since we were kids, you have displayed great strength. You were faced with a lot of challenges but you surpassed each one of them while staying true to what you most believe in. Don't anyone rain on your parade sister, as Barbara Streisand put it in her song. Always remember that no matter where life takes you, as long as you keep God in your heart, no mountain will be too high for you to reach. You have your kids, you have true friends, you have us who love you genuinely, and that is more than enough. Never give up in making your own fairy tale come true, God has intended someone for you. Keep the faith and love you always!
